Delivery

*All standard shipping orders, excluding International, are sent via Royal Mail Tracked service.

*UK Next day and Saturday orders, and Express Courier delivery for International orders will need to be signed for.

*We do not take responsibility for orders left outside the address when the customer is not in to sign for them.

*During peak times (public holidays, promotions, Black Friday & Christmas) orders may take slightly longer to reach you than the time frames listed above.

*We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day if your order is placed before 4pm Mon - Fri. Orders placed on a weekend will be dispatched on a Monday.

*Orders placed on a Bank Holiday will dispatch on the next working day.

*You (the customer) are responsible for any customs an duties costs incurred when receiving your order. Please read our full terms and conditions HERE.

CUSTOMISED PRODUCTS (this does not include engravings)

The shipping method you select will be applied to your order once production has finished. For example, if you have selected Next Day Delivery, your necklace will be dispatch on the next working day after your customised jewellery piece has been completed.

Please note:

• Customised jewellery requires up to 4 weeks production + shipping time.  This could be shorter or longer, depending on public holidays and high demand.
• UK orders: If your order includes non custom jewellery, these items will be shipped separately, in line with your selected delivery method. You will then be notified with a new tracking number when your custom necklace is on it's way to you.
• Outside of UK: Orders including a non custom product will be shipped together once your customised piece is ready.  If you wish to receive the non custom items sooner, please place two separate orders.
